About UTR Land Management
Paul has been in the timber buisness most of his life, having grown up in the woods working with his dad, and later on his dads sawmill. In 1990 he married his wife Denice and started his own logging buisness with an old "Mountain Logger" Skidder and a used 056 chainsaw. With the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and a lot of hard work and dedication we now have a full service buisness.
UTR Land Management is family-owned and operated out of Naples, ID. We do work from eastern Washington to western Montana and the Canadian border to Grangeville, Idaho. Three of Paul and Denice's sons work full time in the woods with him and the youngest son is the "greaser" , helps run tools and occasionally one of the machines. Their daughters also help out where needed with paperwork, running for parts, and occasionally helping with the repairs to the machines.
